• KYC verification information like photograph, photo ID, government ID and date of birth;

• Information regarding utilization of resources like frequency of visit, duration of stay, and types of services used at Mywork location. These are inclusive of services like Wi-fi, printer and desk or booking of conference room;
• Information shared, sent or received intentionally by you like e-mail, SMS, requests, requests through feedback platforms, automated chatbots, Amazon Echo, other voice assistants, calendar invitations and any information you intentionally share with us including photos, videos, blog entries, interests, hobbies, lifestyle choices, and groups with which you are affiliated and you send or receive using services;
• Information about device and usage including computer or device information and internet or other electronic network activity information. This includes device identifying information like IP address, Wi-Fi MAC address, and Bluetooth address. We may collect geolocation information like GPS signal or Wi-Fi signal and information about your contacts depending on settings of the device;
• Information pertaining to online activity including that collected through use of standard internet technologies like pixels, logs, cookies, web beacons, and other internet technologies, and offline activity like events attended by you at our locations; and
• In addition to all the information described above, we may collect information like social media screen names, name of user, relationship to emergency point of contact, vehicle identification and details like time & purpose of your visit, photos, and data you input, upload or store with the services, like search queries and documents uploaded to services.

We collect information about you from the company, employer, partner, authorized representative or host when you visit or are a guest to one of our spaces. We may also collect from public and commercial sources that are permitted by the law and other third parties with whom we have made an arrangement. We share images, and videos through platforms like Instagram, Facebook etc. we delete comments that promote products and services, are unrelated to the post, involve hate speech, have harassing and obscene language, threatens or attacks any racial, religious, ethnic or age group. We may also delete comments that promote illegal activity or violates copyright laws.

For safety of staff, members, vendors, guests and property we have installed CCTV at all our locations. This footage can be made available to members and third parties authorized by Myworx. Under applicable law, they may be shared with authorities. They maybe retained for a longer time period where it is determined to be appropriate by us or a member.

• Third Parties

This privacy policy covers practices, privacy and data services only for Myworx Zone Pvt Ltd. We may display advertisements from third parties and partners that are to their websites and are not operated by us. For convenience reasons we provide you with their links. They are in no way an endorsement or referral. Their services are subject to separate and independent privacy statements, terms and notices. Third parties may offer goods and services on our premises but we are in no way responsible for their service or privacy policy. We are not responsible for their content and privacy practices. Kindly read their policy to understand how they collect and process your information before submitting any. The policies of the third party determine the collection, use and disclosure of details. Myworx cannot be held responsible for collection of information, privacy and sharing of information policies and procedures of third parties.

We collect information through the services used, and it is covered by this policy at the time when such information is obtained. We have the right to add, remove, change and modify aspects of this policy any time at discretion.
